Ivan Krsikapa graduated magna cum laude
from the Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade in 1990 and was admitted
to practice in 1993. Over the last 13 years, he has represented numerous Serbian
and international companies in litigation before the Serbian courts and has
provided advice on a number of high profile commercial transactions.
He has also gained substantial recent experience in privatization transactions
and mergers and acquisitions having been with the firm since 2002. He specializes
in civil litigation, commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions
and privatization. Ivan spent some time living and studying in Canada in the
early 1990s and is fluent in English.
