Jasmina Nikolic has more than 28 years experience
covering IP, academic and industrial research and appointments as a court appointed
expert in numerous cases.
Jasmina graduated from the Faculty of Applied Chemistry at Belgrade University
in 1979. Immediately after graduation she trained and worked as a patent attorney
for more than four years. She particularly focused on patent applications
in the fields of chemistry and pharmaceuticals.
Following this period she then worked for a government research institute
in Belgrade for more than 20 years in the Laboratory for Analytical Chemistry,
analysing methods like High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Atomic Absorption
Spectrophotometry, X-ray Spectroscopy, Infrared Spectroscopy and others.
She has recently resumed work in the area of IP particularly focusing on patents
and trademark protection. She began working with Ninkovic Law Office in 2006.
She is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
