Olga Serb Gretic graduated in law from the
University of Belgrade. She was admitted to practice in 1971. She also undertook
a course of postgraduate study in International Trade Law at the University
of Belgrade. Her main areas of practice include advising on international commercial
law, Serbian commercial law, insurance law, civil litigation, commercial and
company law and foreign investment law.
She has built up significant experience over the last 30
years in representing companies before Serbian courts (including the courts
of all the former Yugoslav republics) in large-scale commercial litigation.
Olga also has extensive experience in representing corporate clients before
the courts of the Russian Federation, the Arbitration Court of the International
Chamber of Commerce in Paris and various foreign trade arbitration courts
including those of the Chamber of Commerce in Serbia, the Russian Federation,
Romania and Bulgaria. She has been with the firm since 2001 and has gained
significant experience in privatization transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Olga speaks fluent English and has a good command of French, German and Russian.
