Predrag Dejanovic graduated from the Faculty
of Law of the University of Belgrade in 1999 and was admitted to the Bar in
2003.
Over the last eight years he has gained significant and broad commercial and
legal experience.
After graduation he worked in the commercial sector until 2001 when he was
appointed Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Justice of the Serbian Government.
There his work was mainly focused on legislative reform and the preparation
of development projects for the justice sector. After leaving the Ministry
of Justice he worked as a lawyer in private practice and acted as legal advisor
to various bodies including the Danish Institute for Human Rights in 2002;
the OSCE Mission to Serbia in 2003; and in 2006 to the Council of Ministers
of the State Union of Serbia & Montenegro.
He has participated in numerous international and domestic seminars and conferences
on legislative and justice reform issues both in Serbia and abroad. He has
also attended various training courses in Serbia and abroad including on EU
Law and regarding the proceedings and practice of the European Court for Human
Rights.
He specialises in civil litigation, commercial and corporate law, tax law
and administrative disputes. Whilst at school Predrag spent some 10 years
living abroad in Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Turkey attending international schools.
He is fluent in English.
Predrag has a long standing association with Ninkovic Law Office having handled
various commercial law and civil litigation cases in 2003 and 2004. He resumed
his association at the beginning of 2007.
